Staff is absolutely sweet. I had to send my ring out and because I havent been in to have my ring inspected due to personal reasons with my mom I haven’t been able to be in. They were completely understanding and sent it out no charge. Even gave my son a teddy bear. Honestly can’t thank them enough. Go check them out for any of your jewelry needs.
