I just went in to get my engagement ring resized. I dealt with a woman named Crystal who was nothing but rude. For starters, she never said congratulations which is something I heard the other women working say to the couple on the side of us. She was overall very unpleasant and made it seem like we were bothering her with any questions or requests. Brian in seekonk was the bomb.com! He helped my fiancé and I find our wedding bands. Friendly, offered us water and helped find rings that we both loved and in our price range which was huge!
I came to have some jewelry repaired and everybody here was helpful and friendly! Thank you Anita, Cindy and Brian, for being so attentive and knowledgeable! Best customer service in forever!
