I went into Kay today with a plan I wanted a particular tennis bracelet however my salesperson had something else in mind🤣. I'm trying to be so firm in what I wanted. I just wanted a tennis bracelet however I ended up with a bracelet, and a ring. I couldn't be more pleased Comfort my saleswoman is amazing. She had great recommendations, and a mean sales game. I asked them if her picture was up in the back somewhere. Needless to say I'll be back.

Avoid this store. I would not have givem this business a 1 star rating if I could. The Evergreen Park location ruined my wedding day. My husband and I purchased rings from the evergreen Park location and it took 3 months to received a ring from there selection to be sized up. The problem is we were told a couple weeks In the beginning. Then told 3 weeks, then 2 weeks. Then 1 month. I find that very unprofessional for a well established jeweler.
