I recently visited the kay jewelers at seminole town center wp ball blv sanford and had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. She was incredibly patient and kind showing me several options of jewelry and prices, I never felt pressured and the service was truly personalized. Highly recommend asking for her!. She's is awesome .
Absolutely terrible customer service! I had to take my new engagement ring the the Kay in orange city and 4 diamonds have come off, they did an awful job with engraving and stamped the 14k on top of my engraving. Messed up my band! Manager never called me and all the employees are terrible. I would NEVER recommend this store!!
