Maxx was so helpful and help me build the perfect ring!
I brought in my son in laws necklace that my daughter gifted him from Avery James. The clasp needed work. LeAnn and Maxx were able to help me even though they technically do not do work on jewelery outside of Kay. They got the clasp to close at no charge at all. I appreciate them so much! Will be back to Kay Jewelry in Edmond for my next purchase. Customer service was top notch. Thank you LeAnn and Maxx!

If I could give more stars I totally would. For someone who is new to jewelry, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. Since February I’ve worked directly with Laci in purchasing a nice watch as a gift for a groom and an engagement ring for my own recent engagement.
