My wife and I stopped by today to get a new necklace for her for an important keepsake, and were helped by Ashley, who very kindly showed us our options and was very friendly and helpful.
Update: I appreciate the manager Coriel being so prompt and friendly with me when updating me throughout the process of the replacement ring. Have yet to go in to try them on. But happy with the speed of service and communication so far. I wanted to love my first time experience here but sadly I can not say I did as it has been quite the nightmare.
