On one visit, the store opened close to 30 minutes later than it was supposed to for whatever reason. Then dealt with an employee who was quite rude to my 4yo child. Although I did have another experience with one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and was treated so well. So mixed bag, but still won’t go back based off of the rude ones.
Aaron helped us out and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Huge shoutout to Aaron and Isaac at Kay’s Jewelers. They seriously made the whole experience so easy and exciting from start to finish. Both of them were super patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect rings instead of just trying to sell us something.
