Hours of operation are incorrect
I cant express how much gratitude I have for Desiree (and not because we have the same name 😂) I was told I couldnt get a ring in my size and was absolutely heartbroken. I commented on the Kay's page on tiktok and she saw my comment and reached out. From across the country, she contacted me and made it happen. With a single phone call I now have the ring in the process of being delivered to my local Kay's. This is by far the best customer service I ever recieved in my life.
