I visited Kay Jewelers today and wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the associates, Julie. From the start she communicated openly that she was new and still learning, yet she carried herself with such a calm and composed demeanor. Lilly, Ashley, and all the crew here are absolutely wonderful. I was in the market for a watch and with multiple places around the area available to purchase a watch, I chose to go with Kay jewelers here at the orchard town center. Their customer service is unmatched. They were able to help me pick out a citizen watch within my budget with a sleek and simple design. I can not thank this team enough for their dedication and hard work. 10/10
Horrible customer service I waited for 15 minutes and then some one walks in and right away gets help definitely won’t be coming back hopefully the learn how to treat there customers not sure what her name was but it was a female employee
