Sapphire and Aleecia were amazing. My initial interaction with Aleecia a few days prior made me want give them my business. Sapphire was professional, engaging, and found exactly what I was looking for quickly. There is a great chemistry between all of the workers in that store and it shows in the customer experience.
Elizabeth was awesome, answer all my questions about a engagement ring&necklace. Atmosphere was fantastic, everything went smoothly and highly recommended ask for Elizabeth.
I left a glowing review 3 months ago and we are sorely disappointed that Kay’s has not delivered in its promise to recast my lab grown engagement ring that the District Manager expedited. Well, it has been 10 months since my husband bought my ring and we still have NO RECASTED RING! 10 months is too long too wait! And it was deceitful that the staff did not explain that a lab grown ring does not appreciate in value, but depreciates, as they are made in mass quantity! Very deceptive and we feel duped! The ladies working today were super helpful and knowledgeable with my purchase today. Sapphire, Elizabeth, and Liz were more than amazing and very professional. I highly recommend coming to this location for anyone!
