I am extremely satisfied with my several experiences at Kay's. I have gone several times to purchase my fiance charms and other jewelry and have never had any issues with the employees or the quality of the jewelry. The one instance that I had to take something back in after a stone fell out of one of the charms, I took it in and since they didn't have a replacement in the store that day they had another store send them theirs. I completely 100% unsatisfied with the service I received from Kay's as a whole! My fiance bought my engagement ring from them and the center stone was crooked. I had to send the ring into the get it straightened. After it being gone for two weeks I finally got the ring back and the center stone was still not straight!!! So I called the customer service and they didn't do anything except tell me to resend back out for another 2 weeks.
