I had the best experience at Kay recently. Chassity was amazing, and made me feel so much better about my jewelry needing to be repaired. She was kind, patient and communicative, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Could not recommend her highly enough!

I needed to replace a chain necklace that I broke a week ago. I walked in to this Kay Jewelers at Ft. Jackson location and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady- Chasity. Chasity immediately found what I was looking for - a better one actually and had me rung up, necklace beautifully boxed in no time! Finding this chain meant a lot to me as I will use it to wear my late Mother’s cross charm … I greatly appreciate her customer service, and wonderful disposition. Thank you, Chasity!
