I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Kay Jewelers. I purchased a watch and brought it into the store less than 24 hours later for a simple link adjustment—before I had even worn it. This should have been a quick, routine service handled with care. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. After ordering a ring I have been given the run-around after said ring disappeared from THIS STORE. Im currently in a hell of a twisted knot of customer service, and company representatives failing to return a refund for this ring after they already acknowledged that I didnt ever receive it! On Sunday, my fiancé and I walked in and were quickly greeted by Ebony. She sat down with us and helped pick a wedding band to match my engagement ring. Picking out rings with her was like sitting with one of your best friends who has your best interests in mind. I absolutely enjoyed working with her. By the time we found THE ring we shared a moment (tears were had, like yes to the dress but yes to the wedding band).
