Mark and Takoma were amazing and super helpful they fixed mistakes with no problem at all definitely come and say hi to them for any issues you have
Takoda and Mark did a fantastic job helping us send out my wedding ring for resizing and even looking at new jewelry to add to our collection! If you go here ask for them, they have good energy and make the experience very personal
They always go out of their way to help. If they don't have it, they'll find it. I first did business with KAY Jewelers in 1985. Yes, I have tried other Jewelers. However, when a person lies to you, you lost credibility and respect. Therefore, KAY Jewelers is my goto store.

My first experience with a Kay’s Jewelers and it far exceeded my expectations. Leslie is wonderful!! She’s takes her time with each and every customer and she made me feel at home and relaxed throughout my visit. She’s good at what she does, very thorough and thoughtful. Thank you Leslie! Expect waits during sales but once it’s your turn every jeweler will give you all the time you need.
