My first experience with a Kay’s Jewelers and it far exceeded my expectations. Leslie is wonderful!! She’s takes her time with each and every customer and she made me feel at home and relaxed throughout my visit. She’s good at what she does, very thorough and thoughtful. Thank you Leslie! Expect waits during sales but once it’s your turn every jeweler will give you all the time you need. My wife and I went in to get wedding bands and I picked up a 14k gold ring for a decent price. Before you go to any jeweler, understand what you want and how precious metals works. This can help you down the line so you know what you have. Jewelry is art. You can't go in there expecting to get the exact metal value, as they pay for labor and overhead. That being said, wait for a sale.
The sales personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable.
