Was in Lincoln for basketball and Went in for a cleaning and inspection 6 weeks after I received my ring back from loose diamonds being fixed (less than a year on the engagement ring and less than 3 months on the wedding band) to find out I have more loose diamonds. James helped me and was nothing short of phenomenal! Such great customer service! He deserves a raise!
