We had such a wonderful experience with Shelby at KAY jewelers. From the moment we walked in she listened to what we wanted. Her knowledge about jewelry, settings and gemstones was impressive. She was patient, offered honest opinions and helped us to understand the quality and craftsmanship of each piece we looked at. Shelby is warmth, expertise and warmth rolled into one sales person. She did not pressure nor rush us. Our entire experience was so enjoyable.
