Let me preface by saying the young shorter lady with glasses and dark hair has been helpful when I’ve been in the store. Not only have you guys been closed for weeks due to “damages”, you’ve said nothing to any of your customers. You have my necklace which you’ve had for over a month being “repaired” and now my center stone in my wedding ring is loose. The main customer service line never helps because they can’t reach this store manager and the mall has zero answers either. Terrible management and terrible customer service. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE, so this doesn’t happen to you. They do not care about their customers.
I need to make a return before tomorrow. You’ve been closed the last two days. Supposed to be open today. You’re not. So now I have to drive all the way Gretna. Cool beans. Google literally says you’re open right now. This isn’t the first time there has been problems with your hours. I suppose I should just shop somewhere else.
Kay jewelers is okay but over the phone the customer care people suck and the financing company Comenity Bank is so terrible. scammed me pretty good, after taxes my total was around 3700 and Comenity gives 18 months no interest charge which i thought was decent well i got a letter in the mail at the end of April saying i need to pay the full amount by may which mind you was 2000 and if i didn’t i would be charged 2300 from 18 months of no interest.
