Outstanding customer service, Beautiful diamond ring! Very pleased! Can't wait for my next purchase from Kays!
We found what we were looking for and there was adequate selection. We had great customer service until the sale was made. Once we bought the ring and it was sent in for sizing things slipped just a bit. The ring was not back by the promised date and we were never given a reason why. When we picked the ring up it was dull from being handled at the sizing facility and should have been buffed up first. Overall not a bad experience but probably won't be shopping there for higher prices items.
Horrible customer service. Will never do business with them again!
