Great place the manager I can't enough got engaged there was great experience at 63 yrs old finally found a great partner
I went to Kay Jewelers to pick up my wife’s Mother’s Day Ring. They forgot to resized it after getting the stones fixed. The ring was done incorrectly again. Tried to speak to the store manager and she told me that she’s done enough favors for me as a customer and if I didn’t like it I can take my business to another Kay Jewelers. Very rude and disrespectful. Will never go back to that store.
Stopped in to get my wedding band resized around 3:30pm on October 26, 2020. There gate was down and hand written sign that says open today from 12:00pm till 6:00pm. It was 3:30pm. This really pisses me off to waisting my time going in. I could have called first, but they never answer there phones either. I loved Kays and always shopped there. Time to find a new Jewelry Store. This one is unpredictable.
