Went in for ring inspection/cleaning and to get a chain repaired. Shei was very personable, even though the chain was not from Kay. He got my chain sent out for repair, as well as helped me with the summer sale to get me an even better deal on a second chain I wanted to buy.
We were assisted by an employee by Marisa and she was very nice communicative and inviting.
