The staff members were so kind, empathetic, and attentive to how important the jewelry was to me. They handled the inspection quickly and professionally, and when I got it back, it looked absolutely stunning and brand new again. This location is filled with wonderful people. Knowledgeable, patient, and they always try to understand what you’re looking for. They give great advice and suggest helpful tips. I don’t ever feel pressured into buying anything, but always walk out with something special. When my jewelry needs maintenance they take the time to explain the process and timeline.
