I had really loved my wedding ring so much that I had to get it re-sized and it took them 3 weeks just to call me up and tell me that they lost my wedding ring. And I was so upset about the whole thing. And I’m still upset about my wedding ring. And yeah they let me picked out a new wedding ring, but it was so hard because I had never looked at any other rings until that day. After a horrible experience at the Salem Kay Jewelers, I almost gave up on shopping with this company — but I’m so glad I gave the Keizer store a chance. The difference was night and day. At the Salem location, I felt rushed, dismissed, and like my business didn’t matter. No real effort was made to answer my questions or guide me through the process. Great experience initially but after about 6 months my ring started giving me a rash. I brought it in and was told it needed a cleaning, not even 6 weeks later another rash developed (I am told this is because of the metal alloys used in the gold). I brought this to the stores attention and they said I am not eligible for a refund because it was over 6 months. This ring is paid for and has a life time warranty also.
