I must say I’m a blown away at the amazing care and customer service we received with my finances ring. Nap and Corky were truly amazing. They truly go the extra mile to provide amazing customer service. And they did it all with a smile. There’s no hard sales, just honesty, knowledge and awesome education with a quick “jewelry 101” lesson in diamonds and all different precious metals. Visited Kay at The Avenue. I worked with Elaine the store manager to find my special guy a bday gift, Elaine was wonder, she was patient with me, she showed me a variety of different options to choose from. Worked with me to get everything within my budget, I was also able to buy myself something. I left the store a very satisfied customer. I will be going back to Elaine, great customer service.
