My husband and I went to this jewelry store. Both visits all staff were very pleasant, greeted us with smiles and was attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this store because most stores you walk into your ignored, this store everyone greeted us and the hostility was fantastic.

I just walked out of the Kay Jewelers at the West Cobb Avenue. My daughter is getting married next week and I had a diamond pendant that my late father had given to me that I wanted to wear at the wedding but I was running out of options....we could not get any chain to fit on it. I was feeling defeated and then I walked in there. I showed them what I had and told them my story, they were so kind and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes at no charge!
