Ileene is the best
Really bad customer service!
We recently visited the Kay’s Jewelry store at the Lakewood mall, and Ileene assisted us with jewelry cleaning and we looked at several other pieces of jewelry. Ileene was amazing! She consistently delivers excellent and professional service! She’s never in a hurry while assisting you and simply makes us feel like we’re at home. LOVE HER! Clone her!!!! Thanks again Ms. Ileene for taking such great care of us, we greatly appreciate you!!!!
