This is the only Kay’s location I’ve used but my issue with them is actually the Kay’s company as a whole. I’ve purchased 3-4 different pieces from them throughout the last few years with flawless service, however I had to take my wife’s ring in for service to be resized and get a diamond recent since it had fallen out. Great service from the place highly recommended for everyone
I had an exceptional experience today and the staff were very nice and very reliable. I would 100% recommend any men that need resizes of watches to come here to do a great job and have very reasonable pricing as well.
