I honestly don’t even think they know where my wedding ring is. I’ve called twice and been told two different things. My fiance was even told something totally different! Saturday I was told my ring would be back on Monday. I called Monday and was told it won’t be in till Friday. I have been given the run arounds since dropping my ring off in December. Christina was so open, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory available. She helped match my price point exactly and I was so pleased I left the store feeing fantastic! An awesome experience, Christina was a life saver for my holiday shopping.
It was an amazing experience. I had been to 3 other jewelers, but when I get to Kay’s…it was awesome. They were not only helpful, but interested in my purchase and what it meant to me. Thx so much!!
Not used to leaving reviews but I just feel like they need to be recognized because they are so amazing at what they do I walked into Zales across the street and they did not even recognize me but Rushay, Christina and Emily were so helpful! Go and see them!
