I’ve done business with this store a couple of times, and my fiancé has been a loyal customer, spending quite a bit here. You’d think that kind of repeat business would count for something—but sadly, the customer service says otherwise. I had a frustrating experience at Kay Jewelers due to being misinformed twice. I visited the store three days before Christmas to purchase a ring for my husband and made it clear to the sales representative that I needed something physical to give him as a gift. After selecting a ring, she rang me up before explaining that I would need to order the correct size. Absolutely the most terrible place to buy anything when it comes to jewelry or watches. Wanted to use credit there so I could rebuild my credit, missed some payments due to heart issues and I wasn’t paying attention, they blew my phone up 5 times in one day!!! Most egregious lenders I’ve ever encountered, I always pay off what I owe, never have I ever ran into this issue even if I got behind for some reason. All I can say is I will never buy anything from Kay again. Just a disgusting company on the back end
