Caitlyn was very pleasant and happy to help! As soon as I walked in, she asked if I needed any help and was looking for anything specific. She was also very patient and helped me look into many different pieces for my upcoming wedding. I had a very positive experience!

Great customer service
Don’t purchase from this location unless you want to wait a month to get your ring… then wait another month when you have to send it back because it didn’t even get resized the first time. Then be made to feel like I wasn’t being heard. Just brushed off..
Caitlin helped me find the perfect ring for my husband. She was very kind, attentive, and thorough when we discussed our preferences. She is knowledgeable in her work and has a good eye for style. Even when we were hesitant on purchasing certain materials, she explained all of our insurance and warranty options. Caitlin made our experience amazing!
