Veronica was very helpful with several items that we needed to have cleaned/inspected. We purchased items over the years but were not on my account, she was able to locate them and add them because the previous lady said if they weren't there she couldn't help. Going above and beyond for the customer experience will ensure we will be customers and not lost to rival stores.
