Okay this is officially my favorite store. I came by with my grandmother's watch to have a battery replaced. Blake and passion were the best ever. She held a beautiful conversation with me about my kids and grandma while Blake tenderly fix my grandma's watch. It's a joy every time I come in. I will definitely be back

I have been a Kay's customer for over 30 years and I feel they have gone down hill on there service at the East Madison store. Takes a long time to get any purchase or service done, may be a lack of knowledgeable employees.
