I would totally recommend Kay’s at the Madison East towne mall over the West Towne mall location. Where I had a bad experience 8/17/26. My husband and I went to the East towne location 8/18/26 totally a great experience both of the ladies were welcoming knowledgeable took time to make sure my rings and all my warranties were in order. And I actually got to see the rings and ask questions. Definitely stick to the East Towne Kay’s.

I have been a faithful customer of Kay’s for more than 30 years now. I had them do some or create some custom rings. They did a outstanding job. I could not be happier. They are always there to clean and examine my rings to make sure they are in the best shape. I have also taken in watches to get the batteries replaced. They always get the job done. Thank you Kays.
