Faith was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, kind and patient with me while we browsed today even though we didn’t purchase or upgrade! My inspections was so informative and helping us find out previous purchases that the other locations neglected to add to our profile! She was so great! Leah, the store manager, is an absolute gem! We walked in minutes before the store was closing but she never made our interaction feel rushed. I was looking for a specific item that ended up being an online exclusive and I need it relatively quickly. She took the time to see what would be my best option. She offered to order it and have it shipped right to the store for easy pickup. I will always go see her when in the market for any jewelry and would highly recommend her and this location to anyone looking as well!
