I recently got proposed to and my fiancé and I went on to Kay's and tried a few styles on! I found my perfect ring. A day later the consultant called my finance saying the style that I picked was returned from another store and it would be a lot less expensive. The center stone after one day of having it started moving! Called Kay's was told that they can't fix in house it would have to be sent to a sister store(Jared), and it would take up to two weeks.
