Faith was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when I brought in my diamond bracket and jewelry for cleaning. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the experience easy and pleasant. Her kindness and expertise really stood out—I highly recommend her!

My friend & I stopped by Kay Jewlers @ Lakeland Square. Faith approached, asking how could she help? My experience was great. She patiently tried to look up my husband’s purchase. He bought me a stunning marquee solitaire 23 yrs ago , from Kay jewelers. Huge bonus, prongs and stones were checked for security. Finally Faith cleaned our diamond rings. SPARKLING!!! Faith is very professional & patient.
Came in with not knowing what I wanted but Leah help me sooo much today I happy very polite, professional know what she talking about and gave me the best bang for my bucks,I am a happy guy.
Sasha was absolutely amazing, we came in looking at rings and had no idea what we were looking for! That was no problem for Sasha, she was able to give us knowledge and helped us pick out the rings we fell in love with! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Sasha was that amazing!
