Great environment all around, no complaints at all
After 13 years I broke my ring, the band and the piece holding my diamond. I was so nervous as I had never taken my wedding ring off, and Jess was so helpful! She helped me with sizing and identifying the metal pieces that needed fixed. The store even called to update me on the status of my ring after it was sent out. When I got my ring back it was beautiful, it fit so much better, it was polished and sparkled more then it had in a decade. Pete and Aiden did an awesome job of helping me find the perfect pieces and dressed it up perfectly for the night and gifting I had planned. They took their time and you could tell they were genuine about creating a memory and not just selling jewelry
