It was the worst service and experience at the Kay Jewelers at 8140 Transit. I tried purchasing an item last week. The first payment with one of my credit cards apparently didn’t go through, so I used a second credit card and it didn’t go through so I left with nothing. The people there said it must be the banks issue but I used two different cards I had used earlier that day with no issues. Both charges went through and went to the store today to see if I could get this resolved and get the item I purchased and they replied... read more
