Hope is awesome! She made us feel comfortable when looking at engagement rings, and again when we came back to get our wedding bands! She was the reason we ultimately decided to get our rings through Kay! Other stores we had went to the reps were not as personable and we felt pressured. With Hope, we both felt relaxed and that we could look at as many styles as we wanted without feeling pushed. She was able to answer all of our questions as well and educated us about different types of rings! Thank you Hope!

10/10 recommend coming to this Kay jewelers especially if it’s Hope who is helping you.She has great customer skills. She really easy to talk to, alway does a great job informing you about the jewelry it’s self and how to maintain it.
Hope was extremely helpful was able to resize and clean all my jewelry in less the 30 min. She also was able to show me the jewelry my girlfriend been looking for.
I had such an amazing experience here today! They fixed both my necklaces for me in such a quick time and were soo sweet the entire visit!
