Would give it zero stars if I could. Me and my ex husband bought my engagement ring here in 2012. Both our names were put on some sort of credit account when we put it on layaway. Both names were on the account so we could get a higher limit. I contacted customer service to get proof of that account since I’ve been divorced for a decade I’m planning to sell the ring and need proof of purchase/authenticity. What started off as a great experience selecting an engagement ring turned into a nightmare quickly. Went in to trade in a promise ring and upgrade it for an engagement ring after looking at several rings they had on hand and some ring online I ultimately chose to go with one they had online. The ring I selected was in stock at their Ohio location so they quickly called the store and had them pull the ring and get it shipped to the bowling green store. Won't judge a book by its cover. I am broke, don't get me wrong, but I definitely, undoubtedly also *look* broke. All the same, the gentleman that spoke with my partner and I right before closing took the time to talk to us about styles, prices we could afford, the websites, etc. Very professional, not judgemental at all. I felt welcomed in here, which is super rare for jewelry stores these days. I was treated like a potential customer, not a potential thief. I'm really satisfied with that and wanted to share.

I have bought two rings from this location and will never buy anything from them again. I have reached out to them on 2 different occasions requesting information about the rings I purchased. Both times Chris the assistant manager has assured me he would look into the issue and contact me once he figured it out. As you can assume Chris has never once called me back with any updates. Buy anywhere else. The least helpful jewelry store ever. Edited to address response - stores respond to look like they have addressed the issue. There was ample opportunity to address the issue before I posted the review. It should not take a negative review to get good service, and I have zero faith that if I did reach back out that it would be any better than before.
