I visited this Kay jewelers on 10/9/25. I have been to a Kay's in Scottsdale, eureka, Santa Barbara, LA, San Francisco and yet, this specific location, was the one with the worst welcome and customer service I've been served with. As one expects a greeting when you walk in, I didn't. It wasn't until a white couple came in and they got a, "hello, welcome to Kay's jewelers. Let us know if you need any help." I was told, "hello." Skye helped me pick out a beautiful pair of earrings! Very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. Will definitely recommend and be back for more pieces!
I went to KAY Jewelers at the midtown mall in Anchorage Alaska and had an excellent experience Taunja helped me find the right necklace for the right price and got me a discount too she was even kind enough to wrap it for me super good experience definitely recommend
