Customer service sucks... Unless you are buying a $10,000 diamond or something. I waited at least 25 min for someone to acknowledge my presence. Another day I went to pay my bill as soon as it was my turn Ms Brown excused herself gor a minute because I was just" paying my bill" and proceeded to go and assist a very good looking firefighter who by the way was already being served. I highly suggest to anyone looking for anything custom or just in general to go somewhere else. We ordered a custom ring from kays on aug 4th 2013 and now its jan 17th 2014. 3 rings later and they still havent got it right. The store employees are not understanding and will make any excuse possible to get you to leave with it. Ive never been so disrespected in my life. These people are worthless.
