I went to Kay jewelers today to get my rings sized and assisted and everybody was absolutely wonderful patient and kind and helped me out to make sure everything was appropriately fixed and I am very gracious for both of the women that helped me today

I WAS HERE ON 4/26/26 PLACING MY EARRING FOR A REPAIR & GOT SOME OF MY JEWLERY CLEANED!I HAVE BOUGHT MANY ITEMS FROM THIS JEWELRY STORE OVER THE YEARS.. I LOVE THE FACT WHETHER I HAVE A STORE CARD WITH THEM OR NOT.. MY JEWLS ARE FOREVER INSURED! I HAD BROKE A PAIR OF MY EARRINGS I PURCHASED FOUR YEARS AGO! ONE OF THEM HAVE TO BE SENT OUT TO BE REPAIRED.. IT WILL TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS! I'M HOPING IT COMES BACK SOONER!!
