Amazing service Suzanne was polite and very informative
I went into Kay’s with a gold chain that had a broken clasp. I had purchased it from a jeweler who is now out of business. Not only did the nice young woman fix it, but she also cleaned it at no charge!!!! Exceptional customer service and so polite!
