Leah was the definition of PHENOMENAL. She gave me the most amazing attention and help as we searched for the perfect wedding ring. Mrs. Leah Hayes is the DIAMOND at Kay's.

Went there for earrings for an anniversary gift. They clearly sold me the wrong set. Instead of even looking into and trying to help she told me my wife's ears are pierced wrong. Went to the Galleria in less than 2 minutes they exchanged it for the right thing. Keep it up and it will be a car wash or chicken spot soon enough.
Leah and Willy went out of their way to help us in every way possible. Spent as much time as needed to get things right and found solutions to every thing that needed to be. Very polite, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend highly!
