Shayla and Sharon were both extremely helpful and friendly. Great people who love their job and do it well. I bought some diamond earrings and they took good care of me. They even gave me alcohol pads to clean my ear before putting the earrings in. Two thumbs up!!
I've had a problem with my diamond hoop earrings latching and have gone into 3 different Kay Jewelers to have them repaired. All 3 times they were simply tightened. Of course during time they became loose again which is why I have had to make several return visits. The last time it was even suggested that I modify the earrings into post earrings. Absolutely not! These earrings hold great sentimental value to me because they were one of the gifts given to me by my son when he came back from a tour from Kuwait and Afghanistan ... read more

The whole staff was amazing. Thought I was going to get a sizing for a ring but then getting a new ring and getting my wife’s rings cleaned. My daughter was treated so well I’m beyond satisfied with the staff.
