If I could give no stars I would! Horrible experience from start to finish. We had Noah the first time we visited and after my fiancé picked out a ring he tried to get him to choose another one. Wouldn't give us the sale price because supposedly it was a custom order. Then we go to pick up the ring, and it was way too big. My fiancé was resized and Noah sized him down even though the size he needed fit him!! Then tried to yet again sell him a different ring. We ordered the ring my fiancé WANTED.
