I had a very pleasant experience with Thomas, I needed to get my rigs sized and he was very friendly and courtesy. I ended up looking at watches and bought one. Great sales experience! I also had the pleasure of chatting with the store manager Carmen who brings in so much positive energy and makes you feel very welcome the minute you walk in the door. Carmon is top tier and puts alot into learning her customers and what they like and dont like my Fiancé and I went in and got our wedding bands today and it was laughs the whole time along with knowledge on best sizing and timing to do so tha k you Carmon for helping us relieve one more stressor!

Olivia was amazing, she helped us look at a couple rings and was very kind and helpful, extremely professional and knowledgeable on certain policy and procedures on taking care of jewelry and diamond and gem warranties.
