Recently I had the occasion to stop into Kay Jewelers in Lakeland Florida seeking a specific item and was assisted by Alex. She went so far above and beyond trying to help me it was unbelievable! In this day and age customer service seems to be a forgotten item in many venues and areas. But I can tell you that even though Alex didn't have what I specifically needed or wanted in her store she did not stop and found it elsewhere for me. This location was phenomenal. My fiancé went in to purchase my ring, and Kelly was such a big help. Not only did she help with the ring, but picked out earrings for the special day as well. Carmon the store manager was also a huge help. She possesses a wonderful personality. It was such a relief to work with a positive group of people.
I stopped in the Lakeland location to see about getting my necklace fixed or replaced, per my protection plan, as the clasp had broke. Kellie greeted me as I came through the door. She was very pleasant, and was able to take care of my issue right away! Thank you Kellie!
They are so friendly there ❤️ Kellie was very informative and helpful. We will always go back there.
