Had the pleasure of dealing with Miss Tiffany, the district manager and Mr. Corey the manager of the store my situation was very unique and they worked together around two hours straight in the store to get everything figured out hands-down the best customer service I’ve seen at any business and appreciate them more than words can explain if you’re shopping for jewelry the Columbia Center Kay’s jewelry store is the place for you!
Charleston was great, and efficient. Was able to get a present for my wife from our kids.
Very wonderful experience. Charleston was a lovely associate. She cleaned my rings and very nicely bagged and boxed a watch for my husband as a gift.
Diana was a awesome salesperson. She was very knowledgeable of all the items we looked at. She's a very great asset to Kay's.
