Carly was amazing! We didn’t buy jewelry today, but she helped carefully clean and polish an heirloom ring-my engagement ring- and understood how important it is to me. She helped me place a temporary spacer on the ring until I’m ready to resize it. She was able to help answer all my questions and concerns regarding future jewelry and sizing. It was so nice to have someone patient and understanding with something so important to me
Everyone in the store was amazing. Carley and Joshua were nice to chat with.
