Very professional
Went in to have rings cleaned. Short wait. Friendly service The employee seem to do cleaning only. She did an excellent job.She was not knowledgeable about the other services. She may have been new but she was very nice and polite.
So helpful and patient with our questions Even when quests were coming into the store She is an asset to Kay’s and we will be returning to see her and her expertise
Camryn and Brittany were super amazing and helped me so much! They were very uplifting and so so wonderful! They should get a raise!!! God is good.
We walked in with not knowing much on jewelry or what we were even wanting. Andrea was the first person to acknowledge us, and I couldn’t have picked anyone better. Her knowledge on the rings, the stones and how they were fit. Her knowledge helped me feel secure in our purchase of my ring. Our second time purchasing with Kay Jeweler’s and we will be back!
