Clara and her crew at the Pecanland Mall on 4/7/25 are the best ever! Jaffe Jewelers charged me $14 to have my rings cleaned and they absolutely destroyed them. They were tarnished, oxidized and just ugly. Jaffe Jewelers tried to blame me for lying to them about what the rings were made of. Kay Jewelers said nahh we got this and made them look absolutely brand new. I wish I had a before pic because I cannot express enough how ruined my rings were. Thank you so much Clara and crew!

I called and talked to a young lady named Kate I walked in she welcomed me she's an awesome sales lady good job Kate she sold me a nice necklace with a cross on it I will come back
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Great jewelry- NEVER GOING TO THE MONROE STORE EVER AGAIN. My ring was sent out for repair, returned the the store, and NO ONE called to let me know. This is AFTER 3 phone calls to the store asking about the status of the ring, and every time I got the response “we’ll call you”. After WEEKS of waiting, I called again, and found out the ring had been at the store the whole time. They told me to resize my ring would be 60 dollars then called me while it was at the shop and told me it would actually be 500. Took it back and went to Randy jewelry and they resized same day for 89 dollers. This Kay’s is the most unprofessional Kay’s I’ve ever been in. The lady working the phone was so rude to me.
