This location is in a very nice area just west of the airport. The team member that cleaned my wife's jewelry was very helpful and courteous. We've visited twice. Once in June and July while vacationing in Vegas. This second trip last week we had to wait because the store has a locked door and you have to be buzzed. We felt like we being ignored. You can only imagine the discomfort waiting in 90°+! weather. This is such an inconvenience to customers.
Highly recommend Kay Jewelers town square. 10/10 experience, will definitely be coming back for my future jewelry needs, the customer service from Michel and Deja were the best.

I got my ring back and it was beautiful! But the person (it was a guy) that talked to me on the phone was very rude to me and even hung up on me. Made me feel stupid. One of the women that works there kind of laughed at me when I wanted my engraving to be fixed. It was a bible verse. She goes “are you sure? It’s permanent” granted it could’ve been bc I was hesitant at first and had to call my husband to ask what he wrote on the inside of the ring.
