Terrible. Woman was rude, so I would never buy from this store. She was also very slow and obviously had trouble listening. She asked for my email and phone number and placed the wrong one (I saw) but somehow it was my fault?? Would prefer to walk around and then get ideas to just have it made elsewhere. Otherwise, waste of time. Went to have one of my rings serviced, was told to scan a qr code and receive messages to be updated but after 2 months, NO UPDATES. Had to check the website myself to find out it's been ready for 2... read more
