We had bad services for another location and decided to give the hot springs location a try. They went above and beyond for us and talked us through every single step. We will continue going here for many years.
Danielle was the best help ever. She's by far one of the best people I've ever had an encounter with at Kays. I'd gladly drive to hot springs and deal with their traffic than deal with the benton store. Do all you can to avoid the bent Kays!
Went to Kay Jewelers on Buena Vista Road across from Wal-Mart. I needed to have a ring sized. It was the Best experience I've ever had at a jewelry store! They took photos of my ring for identity purposes, got my size figured out that I needed, and got my receipts and estimate time frame for when my ring will be done in just a few minutes.
