I’m very disappointed in my experience I gifted my ring to my soon to be daughter in law so it needed sized. Perfectly clear diamond and it came back with a black spot on it. They sent it back and it came back the same way. They sent it back out again. The trouble is she needs that ring for her ceremony and now it won’t be done. I usually go to a Kay’s near me in Ohio. They always have done a good job. I trusted them with my ring and they messed it up.
