My husband had bought me a bracelet for Mother's Day that I had to have resized. We came here, dropped it off and my husband had a watch resized while there. I came back around the first week of June to pick it up. The store was busy, I had no clue there was a wait list, I walked to the front and two people came after me. One of the sales reps then mentions there's a list we have to put our names on in the front.
