Went in because we purchased a bracelet here for my mom that lives far, but it was too big for her, we first call them ahead if we could make them more smaller they said yes but didn't tell us that they would charge us for it if we didn't buy warranty, when I went in I got told it would be $130 Just to take away three lengths that are going to take two to three weeks? Then offer me other price that's cheaper but If you sold bracelet that are probably going to be too big for some people they really need to take off the length... read more
