Staff today was great, They got me in and out ASAP for my earring repairs.
Shop took a bit longer than the estimated timing. Tish the manager was very helpful calling the shop and asking for an update. After plenty of phone calls to the store they were nothing but kind courteous and understanding even with the hiccups they made me feel confident in their abilities
Today they got me waiting for 30 minutes while making eye contact with me no acknowledgment . I waited patiently just for the two women not say a word once it was my turn she tells me the system is down and I can’t do a repair for my jewelry second time I came and this happened so very unprofessional she made me feel like I waisted my time and they have no respect for peoples time .
