I came in to purchase a birthday gift for my wife. JoAnn was absolutely amazing! She explained everything in detail. I left knowing I made the right decision.
My engagement set was purchased in October of 2024. It is still under warranty and has been brought in for each inspection plus a couple to my large oval center stone being loose and almost coming out! It is now loose again for the 3rd time and a diamond on the band is also already missing. DO NOT purchase this ring. They are extremely over priced for the quality. Thankfully it will be paid off in April and we will not be purchasing anything from here again.
