I have had nothing BUT EXCELLENT service at the NEWGATE MALL in Ogden, the manager and staff are really SUPER. My daughter and granddaughter won't shop at any other jewelery store. If your looking for excellent service see Brandon at Newgate Mall.
We went just to see if they had the Neil Lane ring I wanted, the SALESMAN was soooooooooo rude. All he talked about was signing us up for a credit card so he could get points to win stuff. He asked multiple times after we told him no MULTIPLE times. I don't recommend this Kay. The one in the Layton Hills Mall is SO much better & the women that work there are so much easier to work with & don't push anything on you.
