This Kay has the best staff possible, I picked up my ring a few weeks ago and Ash was so kind and helpful walking me through the process. I had a discrepancy with my payment but they were able to figure everything out and I was in and out rather quickly. I even asked what I believe was the manager too look at some other style of rings for a friend and she was happy to help and even explained one of rings I was looking at.
