Monika was nice but was not as helpful as she came off to be. I asked how the resizing process for the ring would go as it would be a gift and she suggested I wait to resize until after I gift it. I had the ring size needed and this ended ip causing a major delay as we had to wait for the ring to be resized after being gifted. When going back to the store, the lady that helped me said the sales associate should’ve resized my ring at the time of purchase. I feel like this just caused a lot of back and forth for me.
