Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. They replaced a diamond in a wedding ring. Within 10 minutes of getting ring back, the diamond fell out. Immediately returned ring and diamond to store to complain. It has now been additional 2 weeks, they keep brushing me off, giving me a day the ring will be fixed and back only to then say its not back. Their excuse is they are busy. No acknowledgement that they screwed up to start. Concern they have now lost the ring. Lawyer involvement is next
Incredibly rude staff.
