The Monroe MI store is amazing. The store manager supports his staff, and the workers are great. RiAnn is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Went in for a repair and walked out with two new pieces of jewelry. Recommend this location to anyone.

The associates at Kay have been incredible since day one. They have been supportive, kind and personable this entire journey and have made my ring experience so special. We enjoyed our shopping experience. Steve greeted us right away. I told him what I was looking for and he took us straight there, Le Vain chocolate ring. He displayed the ring so we could see details very up close. He was polite, knowledgeable and had no problem waiting while I decided to get the ring or wait.
