Steve is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! After getting my ring back from a different Kay jewelers, it was completely messed up with a crooked setting which wasn’t even fully attached to the band. Steve and his team completely remade my ring and it is absolutely gorgeous and everything I could’ve asked for. I will always go to them with my jewelry/ring needs! I cannot thank them enough🥰
Everyone is fantastic!! I went in there to just look for some bands to add to my wife’s ring, they ended up leading me to upgrading the whole thing. Which I wanted to do anyway and walked out with more than I could imagine! They threw together the best deal out there and boom we created a beautiful ring and we all got to surprise my wife with it!! It’s like a family reunion when you walk in and they will lead you to the best bang for your buck!
If you need any kind of repair or are just shopping for something new stop in to Kay’s in Monroe the staff are so nice and knowledgeable especially the store manager Steve he goes above and beyond making sure your comfortable with the entire process and does not treat you like just a random customer ! Will for sure head there for anything in the future !
The Monroe MI store is amazing. The store manager supports his staff, and the workers are great. RiAnn is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Went in for a repair and walked out with two new pieces of jewelry. Recommend this location to anyone.
