I came in expecting it to be as uncomfortable and stressful as all the other jewelry stores I’ve been to this summer and left with my dream engagement ring. This shop here in Monroe, MI always helps me out! Walked in with a silver ring (not even purchased from Kay) that was completely mishapen due to a bout of swelling and possible impact. Wasn't even sure it was salvageable. Gentleman was able to reshape and polish to it's original state, no questions asked and free of charge. I would always recommend this storefront, as their desire to serve their customers has never been matched, in my experience.
Sam and the team at Kay Jewelers in Monroe are phenomenal. My mom passed away in 2021 and left me with a beautiful ruby and diamond bracelet. I wanted to make it into earrings to share with her loved ones. Not knowing if it could actually be done I brought the bracelet into Kay Jewelers in Monroe and the staff were so helpful and genuinely excited about my idea.
