The staff at this location are amazing. There are no pressure sales. I met them last Christmas. I had a couple of issues with a bracelet I bought my wife. I walked in to have it repaired and I was told that I was just going to get a new one. To me that is above and beyond taking care of the customer. They have earned my continued business for future purchases for my wife and myself.
Ladies are so sweet and made us feel so welcomed for my first time coming to the Monroe one! 💕 absolutely love how they interacted with my daughter as well!!
We found a beautiful necklace online and went in to the store to purchase it. Unfortunately it was unavailable. We showed Steve what we had in mind and he got to work. He really knew his merchandise and in no time found us the perfect piece!
