Today my fiancé and I stopped at this Kay’s store to shop for a wedding band and had the pleasure of having Les and Shelly help us out. Les went through numerous rings that she thought would look good with my engagement ring and helped us stay within our budget. Shelly helped get my fiancé a wedding gift and took the time to size the watch down. Both phenomenal lady’s! Highly recommend!
Shelly was amazing! She worked with my friend to design and make precisely what she wanted. She was patient and kind and so knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend.
Les is an amazing associate. She was always so helpful and kind and encouraging. And even on the days where I'm extremely indecisive she is understanding and invites me back whenever I can come in. She's gracefully patient and I will not go to any other Kay jewelry store because of her.
