Had an issue with a christmas gift of a bracelet that was 100% MY FAULT. . Went to check cost of repairs and they replaced on the spot. This wont be forgotten. excellent service
Les at the New Market Square location was amazing! She truly cares about her customers. She went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure that everything was perfect. I fell in love with the bracelet my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. There was a small issue with the clasp. Les figured out how to take care of it, she kept us informed and because of her I am smiling every day wearing my bracelet. Thank you Les!!
