Took my gold/diamond 3 carat wedding and engagement ring here for repair to the prongs on the engagement ring diamonds. Very very poor results. Had to send off twice for 6+ weeks. Came back last time with little change. 1st time it appeared they cleaned and polished only. We're suppose to build prongs back up on all 4 corners were they had worn down. 2nd time they may have built up 1 prongs to match the rest and rounded off the outside corners (of which I didn't ask for. Disappointing Warranty and Service Experience I purchased a necklace from Kay Jewelers along with a warranty, expecting a dependable product and responsive service. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
